  • Monthly attention. 12 scheduled visits, including 4 comprehensive PM services annually.
  • Ice machines included. Quarterly cleaning, descaling, and sanitizing for 2 covered machines and bins.
  • Know where you stand. Equipment records, photo reports, and a prioritized repair list.
  • Routine chemicals included. Maintenance chemicals and service consumables within the agreed scope.

12-month agreement · $1,495 assessment and setup

Up to 30 listed assets. Final scope and price follow an equipment walkthrough. Repairs, parts, filters, specialty equipment, and restoration of pre-existing neglect are quoted separately.

Our service commitment

If we miss an included PM task, we return to complete it at no additional charge. Additional repairs require your approval.
